- 2 / 5By Garrett TI will be shocked if this place is still around in 12 months, unless it caters to the neighborhood and its customers. It tries to pose as a 'different' bar, offering an alternative to the main stream country-type bars in the New Braunfels area, and that's cool. The main problem is that, in this case, 'different' means annoyingly loud heavy metal and an absolute dislike of the average New Braunfels bar goer...don't let the name, the deer mount on the wall, or the pool table fool you. The owner is a JERK, and his bad attitude trickles down to his bar staff. I actually heard him mocking some of his customers to his staff. Really??? Talk about biting the hand that feeds you. I've also heard from others that he stiffs the bands and karaoke DJs he books if it's a slow night. Bad business practice, especially in New Braunfels. I'm staying FAR away from this place!!!May 27, 2016
